Yoga Classes:
Simply Yoga:
This class emphasizes on using basic yoga postures that release
the body and mind from tensions allowing you to regain balance and
energy. You can improve muscle tone, increase flexibility, and reduce
daily stress. Modifications will be shown to challenge the advanced
student.
Advanced Yoga:
Advanced Basic Yoga combines basic yoga postures, Ujjayi breathing,
and the energy of flowing sun salutations. A wonderful bridge from
Basic Yoga to an Ashtanga type of yoga.
Vinyasa Yoga:
This class is the flow of breath and movement using sun salutations
along with seated postures to build strength and flexibility.
Gentle Yoga:
Balance and heal through gentle yoga and conscious relaxation. This
class is great for all fitness levels.
